Lim Zhong Wei, Principal Consultant for Secres Advisory, as our guest speaker. With over 11 years of experience in information security, digital forensics and consult- ing, Zhong Wei’s expertise ranges from information security governance and risk management to complex digital forensics investigations. His notable career highlights include a tenure at PwC Malaysia’s eDiscovery and Digital Forensics practice, as well as spearheading the establishment of the Information Security and Data Privacy department for a general insurance company as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Mr. Yash Vartak, Director, Channels & Alliances – Asia Pacific & Japan Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Mastercard Pte Ltd based in Singapore, a seasoned cybersecurity professional with 20 years of experience in multiple security domains like Cloud Security, Setting up Security Operations Centers (SOCs), Audit & Compliance, Identity and Access Management, Managed Security Services, Offensive Security, and Application & Data Security.

Before joining MasterCard, he worked in various customer-facing cybersecurity roles with Microfocus, Oracle, IBM, HP/HPE, and Accenture.

When not working, he likes to travel with his wife and 5-year-old daughter, explore Singapore trails, read about astronomy, watch wildlife, or take a random bus ride to experience an unknown part of the town.

Dr. Wee Kim Leng, Director – Cyber Security & PMO for REDtone. He experienced Project Director in Transition and Transformation programs. He is also well versed in Cyber Security.

He has successfully implemented several systems and also successfully setup and operated the Application support team for 1 of the major bank in Malaysia, supporting their critical Regional applications, a Testing COE and the Application Deployment division.

He had also setup a Cyber Security business and was acting Head of Cyber Security in a large enterprise.
