Seth is the UK CEO of Informed Solutions. Informed Solutions provides enterprise technology platforms and services that support large-scale digital transformation. The multi–Queen’s Award-winning data and AI-powered platforms and services we develop help make the world a safer, greener, healthier, and smarter place. They are used by millions of people every day in a connected converged world. Seth has managed award-winning programmes, projects and service, which have delivered successful business transformation to major government departments, emergency services and commercial organisations. These have included digital transformation strategies, complex online digital services for sensitive and secure environments, and global organisation and operating models. He is an elected member of techUK’s Public Sector Board, has been a national Council Member of the UK Association of Geographic Information, and is an active member of the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee and Digital Leaders network.
David Lawton
Chief Innovation Officer Informed Solutions
David is Informed Solutions’ Chief Innovation Officer with a background in digital transformation and enterprise architecture. He has 15+ years’ experience in delivering national-scale digital transformation programmes, services, and solutions, most recently involving the application of AI and data science techniques for decision support. He has worked across both the public and private sectors, delivering services from discovery through to live, and led the technical architecture of award-winning digital services for clients including the Ministry of Justice, Cabinet Office, the Crown Estate, the National Police Coordination Centre and NatureScot.

Lau Bik Soon is the Group Chief Executive Officer of REDtone Digital Bhd. With extensive experience in telecommunications, IT, and digital solutions, he has been instrumental in positioning REDtone as a leader in integrated telecommunications services and digital transformation in Malaysia.
